Voice Messages Pros and Cons
Unfortunately, sending voice messages with CompLeadly is not possible. This can only be done manually on a smartphone using the LinkedIn app.
For the sender, it's easy: just speak into the microphone (or even more conveniently, send a pre-recorded message).
For the listener, it's more labor-intensive. With text messages, you can quickly glance at them two or three times to see if they're interesting and also easily find what's important later on.
With voice messages, you have to listen through them and, if it's important, take notes.
Disadvantage: People with limited time (CEOs, decision-makers) tend to dislike listening to voice messages.
Advantage: People with more time (usually those with limited budgets) listen to the voice messages and respond.
